How do I return a product?
Contact a Customer Service Representative at (866) 833-3339 to explain why you want to return your product. They’ll give you a Return Authorization (RA) number to include in your return. Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the “Ship Date” on your invoice). Properly completed returns are eligible for prepaid shipping; your Customer Service Representative will give you instructions for obtaining a mailing label.
What items are eligible for return?
If the original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 30 days from purchase for merchandise credit less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Due to health and safety concerns we are unable to accept any return of opened novelty items. There can be no exceptions.
What items are NOT eligible for return?
We cannot accept return based on any of the following reasons:
- Items did not arrive in time for your party.
- It looked different once it got here.
- Items purchased as a gift and no longer needed.
- Orders cancelled by email. Cancellations must be completed by telephone at (866) 833-3339 between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time.
Other things to keep in mind:
If you return products that you did not purchase on our site, we assume no responsibility for those products and they will not be returned under any circumstances.
If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if an order is refused.
Items that are returned after 30 days or not in accordance with the above will not be credited or returned.
