In the three months I’ve been a part of the Sex With Emily team, I have gone from a girl with one sex toy to a girl with a whole sex drawer. Now, this might freak some guys out, but I am lucky enough to have been blessed with an extremely open-minded boyfriend. When I come home with a new toy to try out or some “research” to do, my boyfriend is always more than supportive – In fact, sometimes I think he gets more excited than I do!
But recently I had started to get the notion that he might be feeling a little left out. Yes, our sex life has improved (check my last blog to find out how!) and yes, he gets to play with the toys too, but it seemed like I was the one having all the fun. I had multiple toys for my own pleasure, and the poor guy was stuck with just his hand to take care of him in my off-hours.
Here’s the thing about my guy: He is ALL about the gadgets. From the latest Apple products to the best razors to the top-of-the-line in E-Hookah accessories (he doesn’t even smoke..?), my boyfriend lives for new toys that can bring him enjoyment or make his life easier. Knowing this, and also keeping his super-powered libido in mind, I decided to get him something that would put a little boost of excitement into his solo sex life.
This show is all about having great sex and great relationships, no matter what you’re packing down below. Emily and Anderson swap sexting stories, answer listener emails, discuss topics such as lingerie, lesbians and what NOT to do at a strip club.
But first, Emily shares tales from the Sex With Emily workspace and describes recent Facebook developments, including the dick pics that keep popping up in her inbox. Whether it’s flirting for the new age or a naughty form of foreplay, that’s not the kind of feedback we’re looking for, fellas!
Up next is sex in the news: First we hear sex tips from the man with no penis (Don’t worry, guys, this story has a happy ending!) Then there’s the guy who called the cops when a stripper refused to have sex with him – He didn’t get his happy ending, but he did get arrested for solicitation.

If you’re the proud owner of your very own Fleshlight, I’m guessing the only “coming” you’re concerned about is probably your own. And who could blame you? With it’s patented skin-like material, unique suction-controlling design and discreet appearance, the Fleshlight is truly a stroke of genius (ha ha) and is a must-have for any guy! But did you ever stop to consider how the #1 selling sex toy for men came to be?
They say to invent and sell a worthwhile product, you have to create a problem and then solve it. Well back in the early 1990’s, Fleshlight inventor Steve Shubin, was not expecting to be the most successful man in the male masturbation industry. He really just wanted to have sex with his wife. But upon learning that his wife could not have sex with him for the duration of her pregnancy (which was in its first month Steve realized that he did, in fact, have a problem.
Looking at a long 9 months of no sex, Steve found himself searching for some way to satisfy his sexual needs. He asked his wife if she would be creeped out if he found something to replace her sexually; they both had a good laugh about it, but the idea had already taken root, and was beginning to grow into a pretty damn good solution.
Masturbation has certainly come a long way from the days of tube socks, tissues and store-bought hand lotion. Nowadays, there are a plethora of products to help both men and women get their rocks off in a quicker and more enjoyable way. And when it comes to male toys, it is safe to say that Fleshlight stands out as a front-runner of the industry, currently holding the title of the best-selling sex toy for men.
The folks at Fleshlight have kept up the good work by turning out a variety of accessories to further enhance the male masturbatory experience: They brought you a shower mount, a phone strap, and have recently announced another new Fleshlight companion to help make your self-loving sessions even more enjoyable. It is called the Fleshlight LaunchPAD, and it is legendary.
The Fleshlight PhoneStrap is designed to secure your smartphone or mini tablet to your leg in order to provide easy viewing of the screen or effortless use of a webcam while completely freeing up your hands during solo play.
Fleshlight asks its users to “Dare to Fantasize,” but it’s not easy to do when you’re juggling your smartphone or mini-tablet. That’s why they created the ingenious PhoneStrap.
If you haven’t noticed, social media has been taking the plunge and trying out what fleshlight has to offer. Organic testimonials are popping up left and right. Seriously, twitter is all over what fleshlight has to offer. In case you haven’t heard (or in case you need a reminder), the Fleshlight is the number one selling sex toy for men. This sex toy is made from silicone that simulates the look and feel of a vagina. The Fleshlight even features different textures and openings you can choose from. For instance, you can purchase the Lotus Fleshlight which features varied widenings and canals that further simulate the inside of a vagina. Check out what people on twitter are saying!

For years women have been masters of the sex toy. We were even given them by male doctors who diagnosed us as delirious. But man have been at a loss with nothing but a gym sock and and their hands to please them.
That’s why it’s always been surprising when my guy friends are reluctant to try the best selling sex toy for men in an age where the adult toy industry and is booming. I’m not surprised by the overly inflated egos of some of the overly-inflated muscle heads I know. They regard a sex toy for a guy to be like a band-aid rather than an accessory. It’s always amusing though, the responses I get when they report back after giving the infamous sex toy, Fleshlight, a whirl. Bashful, they come back to me, to thank me properly for the gift because they hadn’t appreciated it when first received.
The most popular sex toy out there for men is also helping men achieve and master extended pleasure in the bedroom for both them and their lover. Stamina training units have been designed with prolonged sex play in mind. This particular model comes with a shower mount for hands free business. (Finally!)
What happened to my buddies, and what happens to so many men, is that their minds are opened a little wider, they’re egos are pushed aside and they last longer in bed. That’s why I’m enthusiastic that the listeners of the show getting the chance to explore their bodies and experience the most exquisite of all pleasures in a new way.
Dr. Emily Morse goes to the International Lingerie Show in Las Vegas and visits the booth of the #1 selling Male sex toy in the world, Fleshlight.
Emily and Coyote of Good Vibrations explain what it is, how it works and what makes this toy special and wildly popular with men.
What’s the difference between a sex toy and a real-life partner? Quite a bit actually, but the lines between authentic and artificial are becoming blurred thanks to the life-like qualities of the Fleshjack masturbator collection (both gay and straight). For those not familiar with this specific breed of male masturbation utensil, fleshlights are miniature orifice-adorned contraptions that simulate sexual intercourse of the preferred gender. In other words, “sex in a can.” Continue Reading
